About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Washington.  I currently see clients via tele-health video and can serve folks in both states.  I identify as a white, cisgender, queer woman who uses she/her pronouns.

I received my Master's of Social Work degree from Portland State University in 2015. I have worked as a therapist with children, teens, families, and individuals for the last 7 years in a variety of settings including in the community, schools, teen residential, therapeutic preschool, and office based. As a therapist I am curious, flexible, nonjudgemental, and supportive of where you are and where you want to go.   My experience includes helping folks with depression, anxiety, stress, loss and grief, family conflict, and exploring identity, gender, or sexuality.  I also support children and families to strengthen attachment and positive connection, increase emotional awareness and regulation, and broaden parenting strategies. I strive to be culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming. Most of my experience has been with children but I love people of all ages!
